About
Aideen Lowe is an experienced people leader and coach, having spent almost 20 years working in Learning & Development organisations at innovative, fast-moving tech companies like Facebook, Twitter and Stripe. She has worked with business leaders and teams to navigate and solve challenges and create supporting learning interventions and offsite solutions for their teams. Her approach has always been to design learning approaches and frameworks that are consumable and practical for the relevant organisations, and that support their desired business outcomes.
Most of her career was spent working at start-ups, and as a result, she has a wealth of experience in building teams and processes from the ground-up, as well as evolving everything that was built to adapt for scale.
As a business-owner, she has been working with a wide array of organisations from start-ups and scale-ups to more established companies to embed foundational learning initiatives for managers and teams, and to formalise their training programmes to create consistency in approaches as companies scale and grow. She has supported newly formed, legacy and evolving teams to facilitate offsites to enable them to elevate their impact and achieve specific goals. She is also a faculty member of University College Dublin Smurfit Executive Development and co-facilitates their ‘Communicating for Results’ programme.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching and is passionate about supporting people in making positive change and recognising and maximising their potential.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES
I am passionate about giving people practical tools to enable them to elevate their performance. The first step is to work with you to understand your goals and identify how learning and/or coaching can support those goals. Using my extensive experience in designing and facilitating training programmes, I will ensure that your team members receive a high-quality, tailored learning experience that aligns to your objectives. I also offer a content design-only service, or content design + Train the Trainer, so that your internal team can deliver the content.

TEAM OFFSITES
If you’re bringing your team together, whether virtually or in-person, I will work with you to design, consult on, and deliver a valuable, goal-oriented and memorable experience for your team. My extensive expertise in offsite design and delivery means I have the insights and tools to work with you to create an interactive offsite experience for your team, whatever your objectives are. I have worked with teams on all kinds of offsites with all kinds of goals, from getting to know each other as a team to reflecting on, and overcoming, challenges, to developing 3-5 year strategies. As the offsite facilitator, my role is to set expectations, keep everyone on track with the goals, and ensure the offsite is a comfortable and inclusive space.
